The Cromoenos® method: Infographic

What the infographic shows

The Cromoenos method, in short

Cromoenos® is a patented routine analysis method that in 7 minutes — versus 4 hours for traditional methods — delivers two Key Quality Indicators for red grapes:

The Probable Stable Colour (CPE) predicts the colour intensity of the future wine. The Phenolic Maturity Index (IMF) numerically measures tannin ripeness and grape water stress; the harvest target is an IMF close to 1.50.

Its four key benefits: precise choice of harvest time, fair payment at grape reception, winemaking visualisation and agronomic decision making. The analysis is performed in the winery's own laboratory, without sending samples to external labs.
